Motion by Trustee Mitchell supported by President Peiffer to have the village pay for the closing costs for the buyer’s agent totaling $1,500.00 if the buyer does not agree with adding to his cost in the sale of the Celtic Path.
Roll call: Trustee Ewalt – yes, Trustee Schneider – no, Trustee Osterman - yes. Motion carried 4/1
Motion by President Peiffer to go back to contracting a company to collect trash at village resident’s homes for Spring Clean-Up. The motion died with no support.
